As well as supplying original and interesting content to your social media channels, we can also engage with your potential customers to encourage likes, follows and shares.
We will schedule at least 1 post each day; content can include links to site/company information/relevant news. We will work closely with you to make sure that content posted is on-brand and engaging. Relevant hashtags will be used, and the timing of posts will be scheduled for maximum impact.
Replying to messages
Answering the same questions time and time again can be tedious. You can provide me with FAQ from your business (e.g. “what are your opening times”, “what’s your telephone number” etc), so I can effectively reply to your customers on your behalf. Messages will be replied to within 3 hours, between 9am and 6pm.
Any queries that are not answerable by myself will be redirected to the relevant person; I can provide a telephone number or email address for the customer to be able to contact you directly.
We will like/comment on content on your behalf and follow relevant accounts; encouraging engagement and followers. We don’t believe that buying followers is the best way to create a solid social network; we prefer the organic way. It might be slower, but it’s more effective in the long run!
